Skinny Fat Solution, Everyone has heard about it, but not everyone knows you end up that way or what it is, what it means. Skinny fat is where you've got a high proportion of body fat, but you still seem skinny or little according to your dress size and weight. These individuals have a propensity to appear good in garments, but when the garments come off you notice they've very little if any tone of muscle, that implies no company muscles, no significance and everything seems somewhat soft, they may have wobbly discoloration orbits. Skinny fat happens to women and men it doesn't discriminate.

Sure you look OK with your shirt on… but the bathroom mirror tells a completely different story and, lord helps you if you ever need to take your t-shirt off at the beach or swimming pool.

Skinny Fat guy type (A) has more body fat to lose. That makes it easy.

Go on a cutting diet to lose fat and then start aggressively building muscle without getting fat.

Skinny Fat guy type (B) has less body fat to lose. This makes things a bit more complicated.





Skinny Fat Type B

Best case scenario… Go on a bulking diet to build muscle and then start aggressively cutting fat while holding on to muscle.

The problem is that almost all Skinny Fat guys DO NOT want to put on any more fat.

There’s a solution to this.

Recomping…

A recomposition diet allows you to do two things at once.

Build muscle and lose fat.

The general idea is to load up on carbs and calories on your weight training days to build muscle and reduce your carbs and calories on cardio days to burn fat.

Win… Win.

The downside?… It takes a bit more time.

-But-

It solves the problem that we Skinny Fat guys face…

The absolute hatred of… and steadfast reluctance to gain even a shred of any more body fat.

  • Increased estrogen causing man boobs

The list goes on and on.

The first step in getting rid of Skinny Fat Syndrome is eliminating processed and man-made foods.

This will go a Looooong way in blasting body fat.

Killer Carbs - Skinny Fat Solution


The second is to limit carb sources down to a few choices.

The truth is that most carbs are bad for you.

Bread, for example, contains gluten. Gluten blocks the nutrients from absorbing in your body by creating a barrier in your stomach lining.

Not to mention that if you are sensitive to it… it tears holes in your gut.

While I may catch some flack for this… many fruits are also bad for you.

Super high in sugar… Sugar is the devil when you’re a Skinny Fat guy.

All fruits aren’t off-limits, however… Lower sugar fruits like berries, in moderation, won’t kill you.

Generally, you want to stick with…

1. Potatoes
2. Rice
3. Organic Oats (oats don’t contain gluten)
4. Beans
5. Veggies

Not very exciting I know but remember that you always have your cheat meal to look forward to every week.

Utilize it or lose it


Cardio Overload - Don't reevaluate this element of your physical fitness routine all of the time, but cardio is great of losing fat I hear you say yes this is a mantra this nearly anyone who would like to shed weight has likely heard, yes it's good for fat-burning, but it's significant to include strength training in your exercise routine.

I find that the best method for Skinny Fat guys is to do 30 minutes of Steady State Cardio where you go the same speed with your heart rate between 120 – 140 depending on your age.

You can use whatever machine you want but I find that the recumbent bike is the easiest on your joints. You can also take some BCAA’s to help you hold on to muscle during the process.

This Time Is The Last Time


The last thing I want to talk to you about here is time.

Rome wasn’t built in a day… Hell… It took 500 YEARS to build Rome.

Most people quit after 3 weeks… If they make it past that they expect miracles in a couple of months.

The natural, born with superhuman genetics… Yep… Dudes on roids… Yep.

But if you don’t want to have a heart attack at age 49 from taking an amazing amount of steroids you’re looking at about 6 months to a year.

You will DEFINITELY see improvement along the way.

People will start to notice your new muscle awesomeness at about the 3-month mark…

You won’t be happy for another few months and even then… You’ll still want more.

Human nature… We’re greedy… Money isn’t the only thing we want more and more of…

There’s always someone who looks better than us.

Skinny Fat guys get frustrated because they see the other guys getting better results for less work.
